It is with a heavy heart we share with you the passing of Judy McCoy.
Since the inception of the Fulshear Police Foundation, Judy has served as our administrator. Through four Presidents, countless events, and numerous Directors, she was the constant lifeblood of the Foundation’s day to day operations. She not only served as administrator but as an on-call consultant, life-coach, friend and “Mom” to each of us. The Foundation would not have grown to what it is today with her.
As many of you know, her legacy is not limited to the Foundation. She was a face for the Foundation but also a face for the community.
Any conversation of length with Judy would include at least three topics: Her love and pride for her family, her faith, and the Foundation. Her profound impact to our community will continue through her memory as well as through her sons, Don and Mike McCoy.
May she rest easy. She will be sorely missed but live on eternally in our hearts.
The greatest legacy one can pass on to one’s children and grandchildren is not money or other material things accumulated in one’s life, but rather a legacy of character and faith.

A Memorial Service will be held at Second Baptist Church, 5757 FM 1463 in Fulshear on October 17 at 11 AM.
